Refund policy

At Sirius Comfort LLC, doing business as Sirius Comfort Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• To start a return, email info@siriuscomfortshop.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the outcome.
• Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email info@siriuscomfortshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Final-sale items
• Items that show signs of use, or damage that happened after delivery

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
