1. About our products

Our products, including the Hedgie the Hugger Pendant and Hedgie V1 Palm Stone, are comfort and keepsake items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. 2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we cancel after payment.

4. "Coming Soon" products

Products marked "Coming Soon" (such as the Hedgie Guardian Stone and Hedgie the Hugger Plush) are not yet for sale. Descriptions, designs, and launch dates may change, and signing up for updates does not obligate you or us to anything.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please enter your address correctly, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Return window: 30 days after delivery
Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval

7. Small parts warning

Our products contain small parts and are not toys. Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from young children and pets.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Hedgie name, characters, designs, images, and text, belongs to Sirius Comfort Shop and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
